I was reading a book on feminism and it made reference to Foucault. History," which is available in Paul Rabinow's The Foucault Reader. The reader also has decent excerpts that might serve as a bit of an intro to reading the other full works.But really I would suggest getting the Foucault Reader, edited by (i-forget-his-name) Rabinow.
It collects the most important essays, as well as extracts from his book-length works. Their also helpfully organized by topic, which is great for a thinker as diverse as Foucault. Highly, highly recommended.
